Return of Jesus in the Light of Bible
Let’s talk about the return of Jesus in the light of the Bible. There are 100 verses in the Bible about the return of Jesus.
‘But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.’ – Matthew 24:36
This particular verse from the Bible indicates that no one knows concerning the day and hour of the return of Jesus. Only God knows when Jesus will come.
When it is discussed in circles of religious people, Christians in particular, they come up with the verse mentioned above.
However, they probably do not understand that we are not predicting the time of his arrival. We are telling the world that he has arrived!
We’re not making a prediction. We did not know when, what day or what hour he would come. We only came to know about the return of Jesus once we were told Jesus has come back.
‘For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first.’ – 1 Thessalonians 4:16
Generally, it is understood by many Christians that all the dead will rise. The words the Bible is using are ‘Dead in Christ.’ Dead in Christ are those who have found union with Christ and, spiritually, have become extinct.
There is a tradition in Islam by the Prophet Mohammad, ‘Die before you die according to your fate.’ To die in Christ is to become united in spirituality; they will rise.
‘Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord.’ – 1 Thessalonians 4:17
‘Behold, he is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see him, even those who pierced him, and all tribes of the earth will wail on account of him. Even so. Amen.’ – Revelation 1:7
‘Behold, I am coming soon, bringing my recompense with me, to repay everyone for what he has done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end.’ – Revelation 22:12-1
‘And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also.’ – John 14:3
Lord Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi said in the Religion of God (Divine Love), ‘In the end, a special soul will come. He will find all the souls who want to love God. All these loving souls will flock around upon his voice.’
Similarly:
‘And he will send out his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. And he will send out his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. From the fig tree learn its lesson: as soon as its branch becomes tender and puts out its leaves, you know that summer is near. So also, when you see all these things, you know that he is near, at the very gates.’ – Matthew 24:33
These are the signs which can indicate that the hour, day of the coming of Lord Jesus is not far now. These are the signs that will predate his coming.
‘I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.’ – Revelation 1:8
‘In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we shall be changed.’ – 1 Corinthians 15:52
If you are still a man, definitely, you will die one day.
Man is not imperishable, unless you are transfigured from your original being into something else.
‘Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord.’ – 1 Thessalonians 4:17
These verses of the Bible need a lot of explanation. Explanation of these verses of the Bible need esoteric knowledge so that you can understand and interpret it correctly.
‘“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’ And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.’ – Matthew 7: 21-23
‘And you shall flee to the valley of my mountains, for the valley of the mountains shall reach to Azal. And you shall flee as you fled from the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah. Then the LORD my God will come, and all the holy ones with him.’ – Zechariah 14:5
‘In that day mankind will cast away their idols of silver and their idols of gold, which they made for themselves to worship, to the moles and to the bats, to enter the caverns of the rocks and the clefts of the cliffs, from before the terror of the LORD, and from the splendour of his majesty, when he rises to terrify the earth. Stop regarding man in whose nostrils is breath, for of what account is he?’ – Isaiah 2:20-22
‘In hope of eternal life, which God, who never lies, promised before the ages began.’ – Titus 1:2
‘For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.’ – John 3:16
‘The sun shall be turned to darkness, and the moon to blood, before the great and awesome day of the LORD comes. And it shall come to pass that everyone who calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved. For in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there shall be those who escape, as the LORD has said, and among the survivors shall be those whom the LORD calls.’ – Joel 2:31-32
This refers to the blood moons and total solar eclipse.
Prophet Mohammad said the same thing. He said, ‘I tell you of a special event which will predate the advent of my Mehdi. This special event will only take place before his arrival. It has never in human history taken place. That will be a solar eclipse on the first day of Ramadan and a lunar eclipse on the 15th day of Ramadan.’
‘And if anyone’s name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.’ – Revelations 20:15
‘The earth mourns and withers; the world languishes and withers; the highest people of the earth languish. The earth lies defiled under its inhabitants; for they have transgressed the laws, violated the statutes, broken the everlasting covenant. Therefore a curse devours the earth, and its inhabitants suffer for their guilt; therefore the inhabitants of the earth are scorched, and few men are left.’ – Isaiah 24:4-6
‘For as the lightning comes from the east and shines as far as the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. Wherever the corpse is, there the vultures will gather. Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light, and the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. Then will appear in heaven the sign of the Son of Man and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.’ – Matthew 24:27-31
‘So that he may establish your hearts blameless in holiness before our God and Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus with all his saints.’ – 1 Thessalonians 3:13
‘Behold, the day of the LORD comes, cruel, with wrath and fierce anger, to make the land a desolation and to destroy its sinners from it.’ – Isaiah 13:9
Upon Jesus’s return, don’t think he will say ‘You have smacked me on my right cheek, now I give you my left cheek.’ Not this time.
Everybody in this world, especially in the Western society, in countries like France, the United Kingdom and United States of America are trying to defeat ISIS. They’re trying to defeat Islamists and terrorists. We morally and spiritually support them. We will support them in whichever way or form we should be supporting them.
This is a moral and spiritual support that we extend to the spiritual and civil think tanks in the USA, France and the UK. Before you make your strategy, especially the plan you make to defeat ISIS and its ideology, remember well: you are going to have a battle with people who have a messed up religious ideology. You need Lord Jesus Christ on your side to help you with his power and authority.
Basically, everyone thinks prophets, messengers and saints are harmless simpletons who will spend their lives in isolation, as a hermit in the jungle.
This time: compassion for those who deserve compassion, and love for those who deserve love. Maybe Jesus is now coming with an improved version of Bible. Previously you were told to love your neighbour and love your enemy – but that policy didn’t work very well.
Now, he has made some changes in his doctrine. That change is: love for loved ones and fierce anger for the enemies of love, the enemies of humanity. He is not going to spare even one hateful soul on Earth.
Maybe Saudi Arabia and its hateful people find an escape from the Obama administration and David Cameron, but they will not find an escape from the grasp of Jesus Christ. The grip of the Lord is very strong. He doesn’t have any interests in Saudi oil fields. He is right on the target, cruel to enemies of humanity. He has fierce anger.
I really want President Obama and Prime Minister David Cameron to pay attention to this verse from the Bible.
‘Behold, the day of the LORD comes, cruel, with wrath and fierce anger, to make the land a desolation and to destroy its sinners from it.’ – Isaiah 13:9
When Jesus comes back, he brings with him cruelty to cruel ones and wrath for offenders/transgressors of humanity. He brings fierce anger to make the land a desolation, to destroy its sinners from it.
‘For the stars of the heavens and their constellations will not give their light; the sun will be dark at its rising, and the moon will not shed its light. I will punish the world for its evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; I will put an end to the pomp of the arrogant, and lay low the pompous pride of the ruthless.’ – Isaiah 13:10-11
There are plenty more threats from God.
‘Wail, for the day of the LORD is near; as destruction from the Almighty, it will come! Therefore all hands will be feeble, and every human heart will melt. They will be dismayed: pangs and agony will seize them; they will be in anguish like a woman in labor.’ – Isaiah 13:6-8
‘Terror and the pit and the snare are upon you, O inhabitant of the earth! He who flees at the sound of the terror shall fall into the pit, and he who climbs out of the pit shall be caught in the snare. For the windows of heaven are opened, and the foundations of the earth tremble. The earth is utterly broken, the earth is split apart, the earth is violently shaken.’ – Isaiah 24:17-19
This message from the Bible is for the Taliban.
Jesus is in fierce anger. You can just have a flavour of his anger by reading this text from the Holy Bible.
When Jesus comes, there will be a war against these inhuman terrorist organisations like Al-Qaeda, ISIS, Saudi Arabia from the armies of Jesus Christ. But at the same time, there will be earthquakes. If they escape the terror from the armies of Jesus, they will fall into the pit.
‘Jesus left the temple and was going away, when his disciples came to point out to him the buildings of the temple. But he answered them, “You see all these, do you not? Truly, I say to you, there will not be left here one stone upon another that will not be thrown down. As he sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately, saying, “Tell us, when will these things be, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?” And Jesus answered them, “See that no one leads you astray. For many will come in my name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and they will lead many astray.”’ – Mathew 24:1-6
The following is a message from God through Jesus to enemies of humanity like the Islamists, the terrorists like ISIS, Al-Qaeda, Boko Haram.
‘Then the LORD will go out and fight against those nations as when he fights on a day of battle. On that day his feet shall stand on the Mount of Olives that lies before Jerusalem on the east, and the Mount of Olives shall be split in two from east to west by a very wide valley, so that one half of the Mount shall move northward, and the other half southward. And you shall flee to the valley of my mountains, for the valley of the mountains shall reach to Azal. And you shall flee as you fled from the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah. Then the LORD my God will come, and all the holy ones with him.’ – Zechariah 14:3-5
This is also very significant:
‘At that time shall arise Michael, the great prince who has charge of your people. And there shall be a time of trouble, such as never has been since there was a nation till that time. But at that time your people shall be delivered, everyone whose name shall be found written in the book.’ – Daniel 12:1
